Whether you are an existing ePayTrak 4.0 user, or have been considering an ePayTrak implementation for your organization, we think you will find the enclosed information useful AND exiting! We have made many improvements to ePayTrak during 2009, and just wanted to give you a brief overview of some of the more popular new additions.
 
New Fields Added
  • Shipping.  We have added a 'Ship Cost' field at the product level so you can assign shipping costs to each product individually to simplify the shipping process.
  • Bucket Codes. Let you create validation levels for a product or class. These can be anything from a certain grade level to noting which clients have what pre-requisites for a purchase or class registration.
  • Alpha sort Accounting and Department Codes.  Easier to assign a code from the drop-down list for a product.
  • Pricing Groups. Gives you tremendous flexibility to price by units, hours, or any other measure, as well as create all kinds of discounts based on your custom definitions. An example would 1-4 total hours gives a price of x per hour, 2-8 total hours gives a price of y per hour, etc. If you have a unique pricing challenge, be sure and give us a call to help walk you through this exiting and flexible new feature.
  • Date of Birth plus age calculation
  • Gender
  • Custom definable list of relationship of additional participants to main account holder.
 
Transaction Reports Additions
  • Refunds by Date.  A report that shows all refunds.
  • Transactions by SKU.  A report to view sales for a specific product.
  • Activity By Dep't by Tender Type.  A report to help determine the source of payments by Department.
  • Activity by Accounting Code by Tender Type.  A report to help determine the source of payments by Accounting Code.
  • Class Enrollment Report.
 
Display and Receipt Additions
  • A new receipt to display Participants info for that purchase
  • A new receipt to display product description information on receipt (great for tickets or showing class room, time, date, etc.
  • Category List 2 Content Sheet.  Displays Multiple Classes efficiently in a column. 
  • A Product design that lists the Product Description on top of 'Add to Basket'.
