Refund Tips

If it is necessary to refund an order, it is best to wait 24 hours before issuing a refund.  Your customer will have access to those funds quicker.

Cancelling an Order does NOT cancel the payment.  Use Issue Refund instead, available from the Payments Menu in the Order Manager.

 

 
Dear Gary,

Whether you are an existing ePayTrak 4.0 user, or have been considering an ePayTrak implementation for your organization, we think you will find the enclosed information useful AND exciting! We have made improvements to ePayTrak during the past month, and just wanted to give you a brief overview of some of the more popular new additions.
Recent ePayTrak Upgrades & Improvements 
  • ePayTrak now has Wait LIst Capabilities. This exciting new feature can be toggled on or off at the class or event level and can automatically appear if the stock levels drop to zero.  There is also an excellent adminstrative Wait List management tool on the Admin side where you can sort the Wait List by class or availablity.  You can easily see which classes have both open slots and people on the Wait List, then quickly add the person of your choice to that class.
  • There are new auto format fields for displaying classes that include Date, Instructor, Time, Location and more.
  • The Transactions by SKU and the Class Enrollment Reports have been upgraded.  New fields have been added including discounts applied, and Landscape Printing has been improved.  
  • We've added new functionality with Group Membership.  If you are offering a membership that will give future discounts on certain products, you can allow people to purchase a membership which automatically gives the member discount that you create using pricing rules for any applicable product. 
  • Sales Tax and Shipping Reports have been added for better ePayTrak reporting capabilities and to simplify period reporting for sales and use taxes. 
ePayTrak Tips
  • If some of your products require shipping, you can now use the new Flat Rate Ship Cost field in the Product Setup page.  It's easy to setup and gives greater control of shipping.  Ask me for more details if you are interested. 
  • If you want to view a past order and already know the Order Number, you can easily navigate to that order from the Dashboard.  In the Order Summary section on the right there is a View Order number box.  Enter the order number and Click Go.
