Recent ePayTrak Upgrades & Improvements |
-
Not using the Participant ID with your ePayTrak
system? You now have the option to hide the
Participant ID field during new user registration.
Some schools find this a critical field to match
transactions to the correct student while some don't
use it at all. If you don't use it, you can now
simplify the account creation process by hiding this
field on the new account setup screen. Navigate to
Configure>Store. In the General section on the left
side, you will see a checkbox next to 'Hide
Participant ID during Registration'. If the box is
checked, your customers will not see the Participant
ID field when they create a new user account. This
does not change the ability to add data to the field
later, or use it for class authentication or
verification.
-
If you are using ePayTrak to register people for
classes we have a new class list template that lets
you input class name, semester, dates, time, room,
prerequisites and other information in a preformatted
display grid. Please let me know if you are interested
in utilizing those new fields and I can walk you
through how to use them as well as the display options
they allow!

ePayTrak Tips |
- After processing a transaction, do NOT remove any of
the items in the Edit Order window. This will remove
participant names and will remove all transaction
history, adversely impacting reports and inventory
levels.
- If you process a transaction and need to change a
product in the order, it is not recommended that you use
the Edit Order functionality unless the amounts of the
products are the same. Issuing a refund and creating a
new transaction will give you better results for
reporting and inventory levels.
